Earlier this month, a Houthi drone hit a residential high-rise building in the central Israeli city of Yavne, northeast of Ashdod.
Take-offs and landings were briefly suspended at Tel Aviv’s Ben-Gurion International Airport due to the Yemeni threat.
The Israeli Air Force has been active in Gaza, Syria, Lebanon, and now Yemen all within a few days showcasing the IAF’s ability to combat threats in every arena.

‘The purpose of the attack is to exact a heavy price for the attacks by the Houthis. If they continue to attack Israel, the attacks will increase,’ an Israeli official said.
