The IDF has issued a severe intelligence warning indicating that a sharp increase in strategic and financial support from Iran and Turkey for Arab extremists in Judea and Samaria could trigger an immediate, widespread explosion of violence.
According to military correspondent Doron Kadosh on Galei Tzahal, top security officials assess that this external backing has effectively broken the “barrier of fear” among local radical networks.
This shifts the threat landscape from isolated terror cells into a volatile, multi-front regional convergence.
IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir and the head of the IDF Central Command, Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth, have initiated an urgent restructuring of forces in response to the escalating threat.
To counter the influx of advanced warfare resources, the military leadership reallocated an entire combat brigade from active fronts in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip directly into Judea and Samaria.

The Shin Bet security service recently unmasked several Turkey-based Hamas operatives, including Iman Sharawna, Muhammad Malah, and Majed Ja’aba, who actively coordinate these weapons pipelines and recruitment networks.
The ground reality has deteriorated rapidly following severe localized clashes in Palestinian villages like Tel, alongside a lethal encounter that claimed the lives of Israeli citizens Benayahu Malt and Maj. Yuval Ezra.
In intensive counterterrorism raids spanning flashpoints in Nablus, Hebron, and Tulkarm, the IDF arrested over 80 wanted suspects and intercepted hundreds of illicit firearms, including M4 automatic rifles and improvised explosive devices.
Israeli defense authorities warn that if this dual state-sponsored infiltration by Ankara and Tehran remains unchecked, the territory faces a high probability of a full-scale popular uprising.
