On Saturday, March 21, Iranian missiles struck two southern Israeli cities: Arad and Dimona.

Despite causing many injuries and widespread damage, no deaths were reported in either attack.

Iranian ballistic missiles struck residential neighborhoods in Arad (southern Israel, Negev desert) and Dimona (near Israel’s nuclear research center).

In Arad a missile impacted between several apartment buildings, causing extensive damage to multiple residential structures (including shattered facades and a large crater in a courtyard).

Reports indicate 84–116 people injured (some seriously, including children), but no fatalities.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the site and publicly called it a “miracle” that no one was killed.

In Dimona separate missile struck a residential area (described as hitting a sandy yard between apartment buildings), injuring around 47–64 people (including a 10-year-old boy seriously).

Again, no deaths were reported despite direct hits in populated zones.

Overall, there were approximately 175–200 injuries across both cities, with air defenses failing to intercept these specific missiles.

But no deaths occurred.

Had the missiles directly hit residential buildings, this would likely not have been the case.

In no way was this the first time this miracle has happened.

For example:

Tel Aviv — April 14, 2024

A ballistic missile landed in central Tel Aviv between residential buildings, causing shrapnel damage but avoiding a direct hit on towers.

Residents reported the missile “threaded” between high‑rises before impact.

Bat Yam — April 14, 2024

A missile descended into a courtyard between apartment blocks, destroying vehicles and damaging facades.

Footage showed the missile passing between buildings before impact.

Holon — April 14, 2024

Multiple missiles landed in parking lots and open gaps between high‑rise buildings.

Residents described the impacts as “miraculous” because of the density of the area.

Rishon LeZion — April 14, 2024

A missile fell in a narrow space between buildings, igniting cars but avoiding structural collapse.

Emergency services confirmed the impact zone was surrounded by residential blocks.

Ashdod — April 14, 2024

Several missiles landed in open spaces between industrial and residential buildings.

One landed in a gap between structures near a commercial‑residential zone.

Haifa / Krayot (Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Yam) — April 14, 2024

Northern barrages included missiles that fell between buildings in dense neighborhoods.

Shrapnel injuries were reported, but direct building strikes were avoided.
