In a related development, Israeli troops eliminated the head of a terrorist network in the northern Samaria town of Tamun overnight Tuesday.

Israeli forces eliminated two terrorists during a 30-hour counterterrorism operation in the Kasbah of the Samarian city of Nablus (Shechem) in the past week, the military announced on Thursday.

According to the Israel Defense Forces, over 400 structures were searched, 10 wanted suspects were apprehended and dozens of suspects were questioned.

Additionally, weapons and equipment used for manufacturing weapons were confiscated.

The operation involved the IDF, the Israel Security Agency, and the Israel Police Judea and Samaria District forces.

It was conducted as part of the broader “Operation Iron Walls” in northern Samaria.

In a related development, Israeli troops eliminated the head of a terrorist network in the northern Samaria town of Tamun overnight Tuesday, according to Israeli security forces.

Two additional members of the Tamun network were also arrested.
