The SMASH 3000, developed by Israeli defense firm Smartshooter, is redefining soldier precision targeting on the modern battlefield.

This AI-powered optical fire control system can be mounted on a wide range of rifles and is designed to dramatically enhance shooting accuracy and lethality in both day and night conditions.

Combat soldiers actively deploy it against ground-based threats and aerial targets, including small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS), with remarkable results.

Using advanced target acquisition and tracking algorithms, the SMASH 3000 achieves up to a 95% hit probability against drones at distances of 200 meters.

Smartshooter, known for its cutting-edge targeting solutions, engineered the SMASH 3000 to deliver “one shot – one hit” performance even under stress or movement.

Its compact and lightweight design improves mobility for dismounted troops, while its electro-optical sensors and thermal capabilities ensure 24/7 operational readiness.

The system’s modular architecture allows it to be mounted not only on rifles but also on remote weapon stations and robotic platforms, making it adaptable to a wide range of missions.

Thanks to its high efficiency, the Smash 3000 has achieved global success and is already in wide use by NATO allies.

In the United States, the Army awarded Smartshooter a $13 million contract for its SMASH 2000L variant, integrating it into advanced combat units under the TIC 2.0 initiative.

And in August 2025, Smartshooter received a major order for hundreds of SMASH 3000 units from an Asia-Pacific country following successful field evaluations.

Meanwhile the IDF has used it widely in Gaza.

The system is now operational in Israel, the U.S., UK, India, and several European nations.

The SMASH 3000 excels in urban environments where distinguishing threats from civilians is critical.

It empowers soldiers to engage snipers, moving vehicles, and drones with pinpoint accuracy.

Widely regarded as a leader in fire control systems, SMASH 3000 combines combat-proven reliability, versatile deployment options, and cutting-edge AI to set the standard for handheld targeting in modern warfare.
