The fighting is now concentrated in two main areas: the northern Strip and the Khan Younis area in the south.
The IDF called on residents to evacuate from these areas about a week ago, ahead of extensive operations and air force strikes.
Despite the deep penetration of IDF forces, no encounters with terrorists have been recorded so far.
Security sources said that most of the terrorists fled to the southern Strip after realizing that IDF forces were advancing toward them.

Meanwhile, there has been a delay in distributing humanitarian aid to Strip residents due to logistical problems. According to estimates, distribution will begin on Monday or Tuesday.
