Israeli defense electronics company ESC BAZ has officially unveiled its groundbreaking “Achiza Namuch” (Low Grip) border-protection system to revolutionize real-time perimeter security.

Developed under a collaborative joint venture with the Ministry of Defense’s Directorate of Defense Research and Development (DDR&D), this state-of-the-art framework integrates advanced artificial intelligence algorithms with fully automated optical tracking sensors to maintain peerless spatial awareness.

Historically, conventional border security frameworks relied primarily on static day-and-night cameras, indicative sensor fences, and manual monitoring by human lookouts.

These earlier architectures were fundamentally deficient, as operators suffered from cognitive overload, missed micro-movements across vast screens, and struggled to track adversaries utilizing subterranean pathways, dense vegetation, or camouflage.

Furthermore, conventional night-vision tools frequently produced pixelated, low-contrast imagery that severely degraded targeting capabilities during poor weather and dense fog.

The newly introduced “Achiza Namuch” system directly solves these structural vulnerabilities by effectively turning night into day through advanced multi-spectral image processing that maintains crystal-clear visual resolution in total darkness.

This technology counters the “disappearing enemy” phenomenon in urban centers or thick foliage by continuously scanning massive geographical zones and instantly classifying moving entities.

The integrated AI engine evaluates threats by calculating spatial anomalies and recurring behavioral patterns. It layers multi-source intelligence data to immediately differentiate between wildlife, civilian movement, and armed infiltrators.

Upon detection, the automated tracking suite locks onto the target and continuously streams high-fidelity coordinates directly to mobile command hubs and fixed command-and-control operators

.The system was invented after extensive research and development utilizing a multi-million dollar defense allocation.

It explicitly integrates structural battlefield lessons and strategic conclusions derived from three years of intensive multi-front combat.

While the Ministry of Defense keeps the exact per-unit procurement costs classified, the overarching modernization contract reflects a massive long-term financial commitment to secure both mobile armored fleets and fixed observation networks.

By deploying “Achiza Namuch” across Israel’s regional commands, the IDF successfully automates the detection-to-kill chain, ensuring that field commanders can intercept threats at a fraction of the time previously required.
